Today on October 27, 2025 all the Executive Members of the Idara decided to open-up the donation coffers of the Idara and the coffer wise proceeds collected are as under:-

Coffer inside the Shrine:-

a) Notes:   Rs.99,300=00

b) Coins:   Rs.7404=00

Coffer near Chowki:-

a) Notes:   Rs.95050=00

b) Coins:   Rs.9068=00

Coffer Near Sehpora Entrance:-

a) Notes:   Rs.19520=00

b) Coins:   Rs.2252=00

Coffer at Main Entrance;-

a) Notes:   Rs.82,230=00

b) Coins:   Rs.10,546=00

Besides, a golden ring was collected from the safe near chowki that fetches a price of Rs.17,000=00 after market survey for having a fair price.

The currency notes of all the four coffers got deposited into the bank as per the following details:-

Bank Receipt No: 544 dated 27-10-2025 for an amount of Rs.99,300=00

Bank Receipt No: 506 dated 28-10-2025 for an amount of Rs.1,14,570=00

Bank Receipt No:530 dated 28-10-2025 for an amount of Rs.82,230=00

There was an issue with the deposition of coin amount with the bank as the bank authorities were reluctant to take this coin amount and now the issue has got resolved and the bank has agreed to take the coin amount on October 29, 2025.

The proceeds of the ring will come to the account through bank transfer as asserted by the vendor (M/S Ishfaq Ornaments Doru)

The coffers were opened Up in presence of the Directors and other Board members.
