Welcome to the Donation Collections System operated by Idara Auqaf Islamia Jamia Masjid Hamdania Khanqah Faiz Panah Trust (“the Trust,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing or using this system, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Purpose of the System

This system is designed to facilitate transparent, secure, and convenient donation collections for religious, charitable, and community development activities under the Trust’s administration.

3. Eligibility

By using the system, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement.
• You are making voluntary donations without coercion or expectation of personal gain.

4. Use of the Platform

• You agree to provide accurate information during transactions.
• You will not attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform’s operation.
• Unauthorized access or misuse of donor or system data is strictly prohibited.

5. Donations and Refund Policy

• All donations made to the Trust are considered final and non-refundable unless a clear error occurred during processing.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment, with proof of transaction.
• The Trust reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.

6. Transparency and Records

All donations are recorded digitally. Donors may request acknowledgment receipts. Reports are maintained for auditing and compliance with religious and government bodies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and software within the Donation Collections System are the property of the Trust and BinShahin Tech Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Security

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We employ encryption and secure protocols to safeguard transactions and personal details.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Trust shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including technical errors, downtime, or third-party issues.

10. System Availability

We strive for continuous uptime, but the system may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events. The Trust shall not be liable for interruptions beyond its control.

11. Amendments

The Trust reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anantnag, J&K.
